Job summary

Kent County Council's Adult Social Care team is modernising its systems, embracing automation and AI-enabled technologies. We seek systems professionals to develop, configure, support and enhance the business-critical systems underpinning Adult Social Care services across Kent.

You will work alongside operational services, commissioning teams, finance professionals and wider stakeholders to create intelligent solutions that simplify processes, improve data integrity and ensure systems remain

Qualifications

• Experience configuring workflow and business processes.
• Experience with finance, provider payments and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with operational services and stakeholders to deliver intelligent digital solutions.
• Support implementation of system changes and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in testing activities and drive system improvements.
• Develop wider digital applications and integrations across frontline services.
