Erin Associates is helping a market-leading professional services firm recruit a Systems Developer for Lincoln. The role covers the full lifecycle of workflow development, from concept to deployment and ongoing support, in a tech transformation context.

The position is hybrid with 1-2 days in the office weekly and offices across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire for flexible location. Strong Power Platform, APIs and SQL skills are desirable, with a focus on end-user solutions for a 500+ employee

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end workflow development and end-user solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• Ability to work with APIs, connectors, web services or middleware technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development lifecycle for workflow solutions.
• Bridge technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the technology transformation programme and modernisation efforts.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications for 500+ employees.

Systems Developer – Lincoln / Hybrid

£35,000 - £40,000 + great benefits

A market-leading professional services firm is growing their development team by bringing in a Systems Developer. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of workflow development, so you will be adept at taking solutions from concept to deployment and ongoing support. The organisation is going through a significant technology transformation programme and is consistently looking to modernise their tech stack.

As a Systems Developer, you will take ownership of deliverables, acting as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in a professional services business would be highly desirable for this role e.g. finance, insurance or legal software development.

This will be a hybrid position, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in the office.

My client has offices across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, giving candidates the choice to work from whichever office is closest.
