Job summary

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a Software Developer to design, build and support digital solutions that improve efficiency and processes for colleagues across the organisation.

You'll work with Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Business Analysts to develop applications, workflows and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform and other modern technologies, delivering measurable business outcomes and maintaining secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and supporting digital solutions using modern platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support digital solutions across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers and BAs to implement apps, workflows and integrations.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable; support deployment and continuous improvement.
