Job summary

Safer Hand Solutions are seeking a Systems Administrator to join their Stone team. The role focuses on supporting and improving business systems with data, automation, and continuous improvement at the fore.

This is a fully onsite position in Stone, offering £26,000 per annum, a positive culture, and career development. Key duties include maintaining systems, managing access, producing reports, enabling onboarding, and driving automation projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration, systems, data, or technical support role.
• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of business systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Produce and analyse reports and performance data.
• Investigate and resolve system, upload, and data-related issues.
• Support client onboarding and system implementations.
• Work on automation and digital transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Maintain system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
• Collaborate with third-party software providers and technology partners.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of new system functionality.
• Support data cleansing and system maintenance activities.
• Become a subject matter expert for internal systems and processes.
