Job summary

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Programme Officer to join a dynamic partnership team driving transformation of Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity services across the Bradford District and Craven system.

You will work collaboratively with NHS services, Local Authorities, independent sector providers, VCSE organisations and local communities to design and deliver integrated, person-centred services that meet population needs and support

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience of working within complex partnerships
• Ability to support transformational programmes from planning through to delivery and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Support across four commissioning themes: Plan and inform; Design and deliver; Facilitate and drive; Buy and report
• Provide programme management support to senior colleagues
• Lead partnership engagement and drive system-wide integration across organisations
