Job summary

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Programme Officer to drive transformation of Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity services. You will work with NHS services, Local Authorities, VCSE organisations and local communities to design integrated, person-centred services and meet population needs.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent with experience in a Programme role.
Experience of project management and working within a project team to manage deliverables.
Evidence of continuous personal and professional development and willingness to undertake further training.

Responsibilities

Support transformation across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity services.
Engage and influence multiple stakeholders, including NHS and Local Authorities, to drive change.
Provide programme management support, planning, delivery and evaluation across partnerships.
Foster an inclusive culture and strengthen system-wide collaboration.
