Job summary

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Programme Director to lead the Integrated Neighbourhood Health and Care initiative across Bradford district and Craven. The role demands navigating complexity, establishing governance, and delivering large-scale transformation with multiple partners and stakeholders.

You will influence across organisations, engage with local authorities and the VCSE sector, and champion coproduction and community involvement to improve services,

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in NHS or public sector across organisational boundaries.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation across multiple organisations.
• Experience partnering with local authorities and VCSE sector incl. coproduction.
• Experience establishing governance, assurance and risk management for complex programmes.
• Experience delivering improvements in services, outcomes and organisational performance.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead through collaboration and influence rather than formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Neighbourhood Health and Care programme across Bradford district and Craven.
• Navigate complexity and build partnerships to deliver transformational change at scale.
• Present complex information to Boards and public forums and secure buy-in.
