We are looking for an experienced and inspirational leader who can navigate complexity, build partnerships and deliver transformational change at scale.

You will bring

• Essential Experience: Significant senior leadership experience within the NHS or wider public sector or a comparable complex environment operating across organisational boundaries.
• A proven track record of leading large-scale, complex transformation involving multiple organisations and stakeholders.
• Experience of partnership working with local authorities and the VCSE sector, including coproduction and community engagement.
• Experience of establishing governance, assurance and risk management for complex programmes.
• Experience of delivering measurable improvements in services, outcomes and organisational performance.
