Position: Systems Trainer

Location: Leatherhead (4-month contract)

Core Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Understanding and adhering to the overarching Training Strategy and approach.
  2. Receiving ‘train the trainer’ sessions on System Training materials to deliver and assess each module.
  3. Assisting the System Training Manager in creating Training Needs Analyses.
  4. Helping maintain a Trainee Matrix as a summary reference index.
  5. Inputting and updating the resourced Training Delivery Plan as required.
  6. Delivering system training to users remotely or in person.
  7. Capturing training outcomes, including assessments, refresher training needs, and feedback for module improvements.
  8. Contributing to the updating of training modules and materials based on user feedback and solution changes, maintaining strict change control and versioning.
  9. Ensuring training materials are available and stored centrally during mobilisation (likely on MS Teams).
  10. Ensuring training materials are baselined and handed over to the appropriate owner for ongoing maintenance and use.
