We have an exciting opportunity to join our Care Quality team as a Care System Trainer. You will support the rollout of the PCS (Person Centered Software) system across the group, delivering informative training to our team members to facilitate a smooth transition.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in writing and updating purposeful care plans
  • Knowledge of the ‘PCS’ System
  • Care plan knowledge
  • Experience writing and delivering training
  • Previous experience as a trainer in the healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act and other legislation applicable to the delivery of care using a digital care platform

This is a field-based role, so the successful candidate will need a full driver’s license.
