The Digital Systems Trainer role is a new position to implement Barchester's digital transformation projects, including e-care planning, electronic rostering, CRM, and HRIS, ensuring full integration, adoption, and future maintenance. The role involves designing training strategies and materials, delivering training across all sites via face-to-face sessions, individual coaching, remote video training, and providing post-training support. The trainer will act as the subject matter expert on digital training and offer guidance on change management throughout the organization.
Supporting our digital strategy, the Learning and Development team seeks a Digital Systems Trainer to join the Barchester family. The trainer will be a key member of the Digital Transformation Team, collaborating closely with implementation leads, operations, the L&D team, and project teams. Responsibilities include designing training strategies, delivering training through various methods, and acting as the digital training expert while guiding change management efforts.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Training, the Digital Systems Trainer will be instrumental in implementing digital projects such as e-care planning, electronic rostering, CRM, and HRIS. The role involves designing and delivering training, acting as a digital training subject matter expert, and providing change management guidance. The position requires significant travel across regions, including overnight stays.
