Job summary

IF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a capable professional to support, implement, configure, and optimise business-critical systems across transformation initiatives. The role requires experience in user acceptance testing, scaling up adoption, and hosting training workshops & refresher workshops.

This hybrid role is based 3 days onsite in either London or Leeds. You will lead, upgrade, test, and support enterprise systems, while liaising with vendors and delivering coaching to business users to

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational design, transformation or change.
• Experience leading technology-driven change or large-scale system implementations.
• Experience delivering user training, coaching and guidance on system functionality and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Public Sector is desirable.
• OrgVue knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise systems and applications.
• Perform system upgrades, updates, patching activities, and configuration changes to ensure platforms remain secure and optimised.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for assigned systems, providing guidance and best practice recommendations to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues across Front End and Back End environments.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and software providers to manage incidents and maximise system functionality.
• Review and optimise system performance, configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Support testing activities, including system, integration, user acceptance, and post-implementation testing.
• Deliver training, coaching, and user support to colleagues and business users to improve adoption and utilisation of system functionality.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and programme delivery teams.
• Provide regular reporting, updates, and management information to stakeholders and project teams.
