Job summary

Caresoft Global Limited in Gaydon, Warwickshire seeks a System Integration Project Planner Lead Engineer to govern the maturity, status and delivery impact of customer features across vehicle programmes, ensuring readiness for gateways and final sign-off.

You will translate programme requirements into clear time-based delivery targets, collaborate across engineering domains, manage risks, and report KPI status to stakeholders as part of the Central Systems Integration team.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the Systems Design Life Cycle - system definition, architecture development, requirements specification, design reviews, systems integration, acceptance.
• Demonstrated experience of technical analysis and best-in-class engineering processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – able to influence delivery teams across the engineering function.
• Proven ability to interpret and use technical data with business skills and risk identification.
• Good working knowledge of Office 365.
• Experience of project management techniques in engineering product delivery.
• Experience with programme and project delivery processes including JIRA.
• Experience in integrating electrical, electromechanical or software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely delivery of vehicle features and remove integration risks and blockers
• Align engineering domain delivery plans with programme milestones
• Drive resolution of cross-functional integration issues
• Collaborate with programme planners and Core VE teams to align plans
• Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and delivery glide paths
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting
