Job summary

Caresoft Global is seeking a Feature Integration Engineer on a contract basis (Inside IR35). The role focuses on ensuring that software feature content for a specific vehicle programme is clearly defined, delivered, and signed-off to target.

You will work with Marketing, Programme Management and Vehicle teams to align plans with technical domains and manage the feature's design spec through to launch. The position requires strong planning, integration of complex electrical and software systems,

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree or equivalent level qualification or experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee feature content definition and sign-off across vehicle programme.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Programme Management and Vehicle teams to align offerings with stakeholder expectations.
• Manage design specification development and assess readiness for deployment and testing progression through maturity levels.
• Regularly report status via a consolidated report and organise feature demonstrations to assess customer experience.
