Job summary

CS Technical Staffing Ltd is seeking a System Integration Project Planner Lead Engineer for an automotive OEM role in Gaydon, Warwickshire. The contract runs until March 2027, at 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £35.80 Umbrella (Inside IR35) or £26.68 PAYE.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Systems Design Life Cycle (definition, architecture, requirements, design reviews, integration, validation).
Proven experience in complex engineering environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to identify, manage and mitigate project risks.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of vehicle features across gateways and milestones.
Coordinate engineering activities across multiple domains.
Identify and resolve integration risks, dependencies and blockers.
Ensure feature maturity aligns with programme timing and objectives.
Collaborate with planners, system integration teams and vehicle engineering stakeholders.
Drive resolution of cross-functional engineering issues.
Monitor and report feature status, risks and KPIs.
Support continuous improvement of planning and integration processes.
Facilitate final engineering sign-off.
