Job summary

Futura Design is seeking a System Integration Project Planner Lead Engineer for our OEM client based in Gaydon. The role oversees maturity and delivery impact of customer features across vehicle programmes, ensuring readiness for gateways and sign-off, and translating requirements into time-based targets.

You will consolidate inputs into a clear view of feature availability, report KPIs and risks to stakeholders, and collaborate with Core VE teams to align plans while driving continuous

Qualifications

Thorough understanding of the Systems Design Life Cycle and systems integration processes.
Demonstrated experience in technical analysis and engineering best practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills to influence delivery teams across engineering functions.
Ability to interpret technical data with business sensibilities and identify risks.
Proficiency with Office 365 for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead timely delivery of vehicle features and remove integration risks and blockers.
Align engineering domain delivery plans with programme milestones.
Drive resolution of cross-functional integration issues.
Collaborate with programme planners and Core VE teams to align plans.
Identify dependencies, risks, and delivery glide paths.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting.
