• Coordinate with Marketing, Programme Management and Vehicle teams to agree the customer experience offering for each feature.
• Align plans with technical domains that will deliver it and manage feature design specification development.
• Report readiness for deployment and progression through testing maturity levels to launch.
• Regularly discuss risks and plans for new features and organise feature demonstrations for customer experience assessment.
