Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking experienced Systems Engineers to join an engineering team delivering a complex software upgrade programme in a highly regulated aerospace and defence environment. You will focus on requirements management, V&V, safety-critical lifecycle activities, and MBSE using DOORS and DO-178B/C knowledge to support system architecture and verification.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements management for safety-critical systems.
• Proven V&V and verification activities within regulated domains.
• Strong systems engineering background with lifecycle experience.
• Knowledge of MBSE and DO-178B/C standards.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyse and manage system requirements.
• Perform requirements decomposition and traceability.
• Conduct V&V activities and support safety cases.
• Assist with systems architecture and design.
• Review software assessment and upgrade work.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation.
