Job summary

RC Fornax Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Systems Engineer to support aerospace and defence initiatives. You will define system architectures, capture and manage requirements, and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration and delivery.

Join an Agile engineering environment onsite in Luton, contributing across the full lifecycle from concept through verification and validation, and producing traceable systems engineering documentation as projects mature.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Systems Engineering within aerospace, defence or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong experience capturing, analysing, decomposing and managing requirements.
• Experience defining architectures, interfaces and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with the full lifecycle including integration, verification and validation.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or equivalent tools and MATLAB.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Systems Engineering within aerospace, defence or other highly regulated engineering environments.
• Strong background in requirements capture, analysis, decomposition and management.
• Experience defining system architectures, interfaces and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of the full systems engineering lifecycle, including integration, verification and validation.
• Experience working with systems modelling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Matlab for modelling, analysis or engineering studies.
• Experience working within Agile engineering or development teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite within a collaborative engineering environment and contribute across multiple technical disciplines.
