Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support a long-term defence project based near New Malden. The role focuses on requirements capture, system design, and integration across complex domains, with close collaboration to domain experts and cross-functional teams.

You will develop and manage system requirements (DOORS), define interfaces, and support the full lifecycle from requirements through to verification and validation in an agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments.
• Experience using DOORS for requirement management.
• Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment.
• Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew)

Overview

We’re working with a leading Defence & Security organisation delivering cutting-edge Naval programmes, and we’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a key long-term project based in New Malden.

This is a hands-on role focused on requirements, system design, and integration across complex systems. You’ll be working in a highly collaborative engineering environment alongside domain experts and cross-functional teams.
