Job summary

Princes Bradford site is seeking a Production Technician to own the manufacturing process and deliver key performance objectives within the QCDSP framework. You will support the site vision as the home of operational excellence for our soft drinks production.

Role requires MES experience, 5S/BIT training, hygiene certification, and strong teamwork. You will work in a busy plant, applying Right First Time as you manage syrup production and inventory using SAP/Sky MES and MES systems.

Qualifications

• Experience of using manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• 5S and BIT trained (or equivalent NVQ Level II).
• Food Awareness and Hygiene certified.
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office).
• Autonomous Maintenance – Basic Mechanical skills.
• Effective communication and team working skills.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and low-level correction on pumps and valves.
• MES/SCADA error management and system troubleshooting.
• Mechanical maintenance at a basic level (AM).
• System auditing and reporting duties.
• Performing dynamic risk assessments.
• Preparation and production of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Project team involvement and delivery as required.
• Continuous improvement of plant and process.
