Contract Type: Temporary ongoing until at least March 2027 with possible extension
Hourly Rate: 12.83 per hour + Shift Allowance & Weekend Working
Working Pattern: Both full and part time opportunities are available, hours to include weekend working between 08:00 and 20:00
As a Switchboard Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all inbound contacts from the public are handled with professionalism and care. You'll be the friendly voice that guides callers to the right destination and provides them with the support they need.
NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care or equivalent experience in a customer service environment (Essential).
Proven experience dealing with telephone inquiries and handling various customer emotions (Essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based software (Essential).
Demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Treat everyone with dignity and respect, using your initiative to work independently.
