Are you a qualified Swim Teacher looking for a new opportunity?

As part of the Aquatics team, working across North Lanarkshire’s Swimming Pools, you will ensure the safe and effective operation of the swimming lesson programme, teach, and develop appropriate lessons for groups and individuals to meet the needs of each level within the Scottish Swimming’s Learn to Swim Framework.

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience working in a leisure facility/environment.
• Willingness to undertake the required conversion course if holding an ASA/UKCC Level 1 or equivalent qualification.

In addition, you must have an understanding of and experience with health and safety requirements within the leisure industry. A team player attitude, ability to work independently, excellent communication and customer care skills, and flexibility with working hours are essential.

Note: Successful candidates must obtain PVG membership through Disclosure Scotland.

Working Pattern:

• Monday: 9.30am to 12.15pm, 12.45pm to 2.15pm, 3.15pm to 6.15pm (7hrs 15mins)
• Tuesday: 9.30am to 11.45am, 12.45pm to 2.45pm, 3.15pm to 6.45pm (7hrs 45mins)
• Wednesday: 9.15am to 11.45am, 12.15pm to 2.45pm, 3.15pm to 6.15pm (8hrs)
• Thursday: 9.15am to 11.30am, 12.30pm to 2.45pm, 3.15pm to 6.45pm (8hrs)
