An established industry player is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as a Swimming Coordinator. This role is pivotal in managing Scotland's largest Learn to Swim programme, ensuring smooth operation and effective coordination of swimming instructors. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive mindset, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. This position allows for some flexible working, but on-site presence during lesson delivery is essential. Are you highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic? We're recruiting someone with these attributes to join our team and contribute to the organisation of Scotland's largest Learn to Swim programme. The successful candidate will be based in Peterhead.
The successful postholder will have strong administrative skills, be highly organised with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work on their own initiative.
The swimming coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the operation of the LTS programme, ensuring income and expenditure levels are maintained against agreed targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organising swimming instructors to ensure all classes are covered and maintain continuous delivery.
This post can have a degree of flexible working; however, there remains a requirement to be onsite during lesson delivery.
