Are you highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic? We're recruiting someone with these attributes to join our team and contribute to the organisation of Scotland's largest Learn to Swim programme. The successful candidate will be based in Deveron.
The successful postholder will have strong administrative skills, be highly organised with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work on their own initiative.
The swimming coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the operation of the LTS programme, ensuring income and expenditure levels are maintained against agreed targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organising swimming instructors to ensure all classes are covered and maintain continuous delivery.
This post can have a degree of flexible working; however, there remains a requirement to be onsite during lesson delivery.
