Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons across ages and abilities. You will be supported with full training and work within a welcoming, inclusive leisure-centre team. You will teach according to qualification and experience, communicate with families, and help supervise pool areas to maintain safety.

This casual role offers flexible hours, DBS checked, and opportunities to grow within one of the UK's leading charitable leisure trusts across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification required.
• Competent swimmer as part of the interview process.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the centre's programme.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about development and progression.
• Assist in supervision of pool users, ensuring safety and discipline.
