Freedom Leisure, a charitable leisure trust delivering community services across England, invites applications for a Swim Teacher at Cirencester Leisure Centre. You will deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring safety, progress, and confidence in the water, with supportive coaching from staff.

This casual role requires a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with children and parents.
• Willingness to follow training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to children and adults as part of the centre's programme.
• Communicate progress and guidance to parents/guardians.
• Supervise pool area to ensure safety and order.
• Build positive, welcoming experiences for customers.
