Overview

Swim Manager – Stockley Park | Pool | Permanent | Part Time

Up to £28,038.40 pro rata

15 hours per week

About the Role
  • As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we’re passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and great communication skills to join our team as a Swim Manager.

  • As a Swim Manager at our Stockley Park Wellbeing Centre, you’ll need to have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or be an experienced manager where you have delivered commercial targets, together with a passion for helping multiple generations to swim, strong teamwork skills and an infectious enthusiasm that inspires everyone you work with.

  • You will be part of the Management Team reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager.

  • You will have full responsibility and accountability for Swim class programming within the centre, covering the management, governance, and active selling of the product and services in the Swim classes timetable.

  • You will be responsible for the continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.

  • You will also be the role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.

Qualifications
  • ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or proven experience as a manager delivering commercial targets, with a passion for helping people learn to swim.
