Job summary

Nuffield Health Warwick is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons at our Warwick FWC pool. This bank/Ad Hoc role offers flexible hours and the chance to work with swimmers of all ages within the Swim England framework.

You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and bring strong people skills, a positive, engaging teaching style, and a willingness to promote memberships.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Strong people skills and a love for swimming.
• Experience delivering lessons to different ages and abilities within Swim England framework.

Responsibilities

Swim Instructor (Bank)

Warwick FWC | Pool | Bank Contract | Ad Hoc

Up to £19.10 per hour depending on skills and experience

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Have a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer
