Job summary

Nuffield Health Group is seeking a Swim Instructor in Worcester to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons within our fitness and wellbeing sites. You will work within the Swim England framework, bringing a confident, approachable manner and strong communication to every lesson.

The role involves delivering both one-to-one and group classes, inspiring swimmers of all ages, and helping customers achieve their personal swimming goals while promoting our facilities and memberships.

Qualifications

• Must have ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Proven ability to engage swimmers of all ages.
• Capable of delivering safe, effective swimming lessons.

Swim Instructor

Worcester FWC | Pool | Bank | Part Time

Up to £18.65 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
