Job summary

Nuffield Health Worcester is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, engaging lessons at our Worcester site. You'll work on a bank basis, with variable hours and a pay rate up to £18.65 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits.

You should hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, enjoy teaching all ages, and promote our facilities to help members stay active. Join a supportive team focused on helping people improve their swimming and overall wellbeing.

Swim Instructor

Worcester FWC | Pool | Bank | Part Time |

Up to £18.65 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
