Job summary

Nuffield Health Gloucester FWC is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor to deliver engaging swimming lessons at our Gloucester site. You will provide safe, effective coaching within the Swim England framework and hold ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualification.

As a Swim Instructor, you will teach one-to-one or group classes, work with swimmers of all ages, and promote gym memberships where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons to varied ages.
• Ability to teach one-to-one and group classes with a patient, engaging approach.

Job Overview

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
