Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor for Cottingley Manor on a bank/ad-hoc basis, delivering safe, effective swimming lessons to customers. The role offers £18.00 per hour and ad-hoc hours to match business needs.

You will require ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, strong communication and a love for teaching swimming to all ages. You’ll lead both one-to-one and small-group sessions within the Swim England framework, contributing to a supportive team environment.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
