Job summary

Nuffield Health in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a friendly Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons at our fitness site. This bank role offers ad-hoc hours to suit both the business and your availability.

You will need ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and excellent people skills. A passion for swimming and helping clients reach their goals is essential, with a focus on teaching across diverse ages and abilities.

Swim Instructor

Hemel Hempstead FWC | Fitness Operations | Bank

Up to £21.00 per hour depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
