Job summary

Nuffield Health in Cwmbran is seeking a Swim Instructor to deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons at our FWC pool. You will coach groups and individuals, adapt to different abilities, and help members achieve their goals within the Swim England framework.

You should hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, bring a friendly, patient approach, and enjoy working with people of all ages. This bank/part-time role offers hourly pay up to £19.15 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Love for swimming and helping others learn.

Swim Instructor

Up to £19.15 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
