Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to join our fitness and wellbeing sites on an ad-hoc basis. You will deliver safe, effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages, following the Swim England framework and using your ASA/Swim England Level 2 qualification.

You will engage learners, tailor tuition to individual needs, run one-to-one or group classes, and promote gym memberships. We offer a benefits package including pension, holiday leave, and a discounted £35 monthly

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Strong people skills and a passion for teaching swimming.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons within Swim England framework.

Responsibilities

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework. You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
