Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a flexible Swim Instructor to join Milngavie FWC on a bank, ad hoc basis. You will deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons under the Swim England framework, working across groups or 1:1, with a focus on helping customers achieve goals.

You should hold SSTQ Level 7, STA or Swim England Level 2, bring strong people skills and a love of swimming. The role offers up to £17.51 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and discounted gym

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a SSTQ Level 7, STA or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
