Job summary

Nuffield Health Hull Fitness and Wellbeing Centre is seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to provide safe, effective swimming lessons. The role includes delivering one-to-one or group sessions on a part‑time, permanent basis, with four hours weekly and a pro rata salary up to £34,507 depending on experience and benefits.

You will work within the Swim England framework, using your ASA/Swim England Level 2 qualifications to guide learners, set goals, and support progress while promoting our

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to haveaASA level 2 orSwim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
