Job summary

Nuffield Health in Milton Keynes is seeking a friendly Swim Instructor to deliver high-quality swimming lessons on a part-time, ad-hoc bank basis. You will teach groups and individuals within the Swim England framework and act as a positive role model for customers of all ages.

Ideal candidates hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and have excellent communication and teaching skills. A benefits package includes gym membership and holiday entitlement in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons is a plus.

Up to £19 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites,you’llneed to haveaASA level 2 orSwim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming.At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
