Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons at one of our fitness sites in Cheam. You will work on an ad-hoc bank basis, hold ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2, and teach one-to-one or group sessions to swimmers of all ages.
You’ll inspire learners, tailor sessions to individual needs, promote our facilities and memberships, and collaborate with colleagues to raise lesson quality.
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. As Britain's largest Healthcare Charity, we're passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. Now, we're looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and great communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers.
As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework. You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
That's why we've developed a benefits package with you in mind. From Holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our Pension Scheme and discounted gym membership at £35.00 a month.
