Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor to provide safe and effective swimming lessons at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites in the United Kingdom. You will work on a bank basis, delivering one-to-one or group sessions under the Swim England framework and using SSTQ Level 7, STA or Level 2 qualifications.

You will inspire swimmers of all ages, help people learn and develop, and promote memberships while being a positive, engaging role model.

Qualifications

• Requires SSTQ Level 7 or STA/Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Demonstrates good people skills and a love for swimming.

Responsibilities

Up to £17.51 depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a SSTQ Level 7, STA or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
