Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons on an ad-hoc basis across our fitness sites. You’ll work with a range of swimmers, from beginners to advanced, delivering both one-to-one and group classes within the Swim England framework.

Required are an ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualification, strong communication, and a passion for helping people enjoy swimming.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion for swimming and teaching swimmers of all abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their goals.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility advantages.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
