Responsibilities

Carry out online research into markets, organisations and industries.
Gather information and identify potential opportunities for clients.
Research companies, organisations and key contacts.
Reach out to contacts by email and telephone to gather information and develop relationships.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM system.
Support the account team with research projects and day-to-day client communication.
Help prepare information for client meetings, reports and presentations.
Manage follow-ups and multiple priorities with the wider account team.
