We’re looking for a Swedish, Danish or Norwegian speaking Operations Coordinator to join our London team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals—ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

• Salary: £29,000 per annum
• Location: Croydon
• Working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 – 4.30pm
• 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Requirements

• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
• A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian speaker plus excellent English, both written and spoken
• Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
• Education to A-Level or Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
