Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Travel Plan Coordinator / Assistant in Norwich. The role involves delivering travel plans that promote sustainable travel, with responsibilities including data analysis, stakeholder liaison, and report production.

Hybrid working is offered with onboarding in the office and later two days of work from home. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability, eager to learn, and keen to grow within the role while contributing to meaningful projects in transport

Qualifications

• Some experience or understanding of the UK planning system and planning conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using Excel for data handling.
• Exposure to Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for report production.
• Familiarity with transport planning software (e.g., TRICS or similar).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to develop and implement travel plans.
• Liaise with local authorities, developers and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Analyse data and prepare reports to support travel plan initiatives.
• Create engaging materials to promote sustainable travel options.
• Produce high-quality reports and materials for client submissions and internal use.
