Job summary

Arup is seeking a motivated Structural Engineering student for a 6-week summer internship with our Buildings teams across the UK. You will contribute to structural calculations, analysis and modelling, helping develop economical, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• MSc/MEng/BEng in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Genuine interest in structural engineering and built environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural calculations, analysis and modelling.
• Choose economical, practical structures and details with sustainability in mind.
• Communicate results via drawings, sketches, digital modelling and BIM.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Building Design team.
