Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Supervisor in Basingstoke. You will oversee daily compliance with the Environmental Permit and supervise tipping hall activities to ensure optimal efficiency.

The role requires managing O&MA staff and ensuring safe, compliant operation of ERF processes. The position offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with early or late shifts, and a salary of £36,675.14 per annum plus Veolia benefits.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge and health & safety requirements.
• Engineering experience in industrial settings preferred.
• Experience with continuous or operable processes is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily compliance with Environmental Permit and report incidents.
• Oversee tipping hall and related areas to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage O&MA personnel in safe, cost-effective operation of ERF.
