Job summary

Horizon Care Ltd. is seeking a proactive Funding and Bids Co Ordinator. The role supports bids, tenders, and contract management, working remotely with occasional Leeds meetings. The role reports to the Bids and Contracts Manager in a non-profit friendly environment.

Salary is £30,000 per annum plus 25 days annual leave, with 37.5 working hours. Contract type is full-time and permanent. UK-based, with occasional travel to head office in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.
• Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, especially in public sector or education settings.
• Familiarity with funding or contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage uplift process for Education, Supported Accommodation and Residential divisions.
• Coordinate meetings with local authorities to support negotiation processes.
• Prepare and submit offer proposals to internal panels for review.
• Support Bids and Contracts Manager in bid preparation and documentation.
• Lead Contract Audit project in Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to managers as required.
