Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. seeks an Enabling Framework Manager to drive the development and management of enabling frameworks for its large-scale capital delivery programme, focused on sustainability and supplier collaboration.

You will own frameworks, ensure commercial rigor, and align with environmental objectives while partnering with procurement, environment and project delivery teams to deliver value for the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline (procurement, business, eng, or environmental management).
• Experience managing frameworks, contracts or supplier relationships in engineering/utilities/construction.
• Strong commercial acumen focused on efficiency, compliance and value creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management across complex projects.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement.
• MCIPS/Prince2 or equivalent delivery qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of enabling frameworks to deliver best value and meet business needs.
• Strengthen supplier relationships, fostering collaboration and innovation across the supply chain.
• Drive performance by reviewing and improving processes for high-quality outcomes.
• Champion compliance and safety requirements across all contracts and frameworks.
• Provide strategic insights with reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Embed environmental and social value throughout the framework lifecycle.
• Collaborate with procurement, environment and project delivery teams to ensure integrated frameworks.
