Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an Enabling Framework Manager to drive strategic procurement across a £9bn capital programme. You will own enabling frameworks, ensure compliance, and foster sustainable supplier partnerships to deliver essential infrastructure while protecting the region's environment.

You will report to the Head of Enabling and collaborate with procurement, environment, and project delivery teams to maximise value and environmental impact.

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent) in procurement, business, engineering, or environmental management.
• Demonstrable experience managing frameworks, contracts, or supplier relationships in engineering, utilities, or construction.
• Professional qualifications such as MCIPS or Prince2 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of enabling frameworks to deliver best value and meet environmental goals.
• Strengthen supplier relationships and drive collaboration across the supply chain.
• Drive performance by reviewing and improving processes for consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Champion compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for senior management on procurement decisions.
• Promote sustainable procurement with environmental and social value considerations.
